The living room/dining room/kitchen is all open concept, making the apartment feel spacious, and bedroom is nicely sized. Washer and dryer are in the unit, as well as a dishwasher. Roommate will be a female Senior at Purdue who is clean and is easy to get along with. Most utilities are included in price, but electric is not, so rent each month will be the rent price and whatever electric is as well.
