Room mate wanted - Private room

Description

Private room with queen sized bed and Roku TV available. Rent is with all bills included. Normally rent would be but in lieu of the rest I need some help around the house and with the animals ( small dog ) just doing the big stuff I am unable to do. I am disabled and currently unable to walk much but am relearning to walk with my prosthetic leg. The house hold chores I'm asking help with is sweeping/mopping & vacuuming. Taking the big trash bag out to the bin. Doesn't have to be done daily ( tho that is preferred ) . The only cleaning that has to be done daily is the animals room. I am friendly but that is it. NOTHING HARDER!! I am in the Suboxone program and have already had 2 room mates turn out to be dope heads who lied and abused my animals. I can not and will not tolerate it.

The bedroom has a gas heater. Central heat and air as well. Have a fenced in backyard and I am pet friendly. My cats are scared of big dogs so if you have a big dog we would need to rotate when they were out but they would be allowed out in the house as well.

I do have a washer and dryer but if for some reason you needed/wanted there is a laundry mat at the end of the street on the corner. 7 eleven is with in walking distance and there's a small dispensary near by. If you are into the club scene the millennium is right at the end of the street but not close.enough to be disturbed by their noise.

I do have a car available for use if you need. Either to get to work or just go out and play. If you would be willing to take me to my doctors appts/pharmacy & to the dispensary sometimes. My pharmacy is less than half a mile from the house.

My husband will be here for a little bit but then he's leaving and will be gone a year or more. So it would just be us after that. We are gone a lot working until he has to leave.

Please no dope heads or weirdos. I can not take another one :(

I do smoke cigarettes and weed in the house and will not go outside.
