Hey there! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our quiet, peaceful home. Rent is $/month, with a $ security deposit (first month’s rent), and we’re hoping to have the application completed as soon as possible.

• Fully furnished and decorated (except for your room – feel free to bring your own style!)
• 2-car garage with extra space (hangout area with couches)
• Large TV in the living room
• Spacious backyard – great for a hammock, grill, or chill zone
• Located in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood
• Great location with easy access to nearby shops and schools




I’m currently the only tenant here – I’m , work full-time, and go to college. I’ve lived here for 4 years with all kinds of roommates from different backgrounds and have loved the experience! Another roommate will be joining us soon – a full-time blue-collar worker and an all-around respectful, easygoing guy.

We both stay pretty busy and enjoy having a calm, relaxed space to come home to. We’re both pretty low-key – more likely to chill with a video game than throw a party.

• Utilities: Water, WiFi, electric, etc. split evenly 3 ways – very affordable
• Application: Quick and easy – can be done over the phone with the landlord
