Hi, my name is Sean. I am a -year old computer science major at KU. Me and my current roommate, Gus, are looking for a roommate for the school year. We’re two second-year students who have been living here for about a year now. The two of us are good friends and would prefer someone who vibes with us, but are fine with leaving some if socializing with roommates is not your thing. We like to throw small parties occasionally, but generally keep the house pretty quiet at night. We’re definitely not clean freaks, but we like to keep the house picked up and try to not leave messes for too long.

The property is a mid-size duplex about a minute drive from campus. Your room will be upstairs that share a bathroom. Fully furnished with living and dining room, and a unfurnished loft area upstairs you would be welcome to use/decorate. Full kitchen with island and plenty of cooking supplies. Decent sized backyard with a patio and grill
