Hi! I’m looking for a one-bedroom apartment or a private in-law unit for myself and my 6-year-old son. We’re a quiet, respectful, and tidy little family. Ideally, the place would be in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. Open to units in apartment buildings or attached guest houses (ADUs).

I’m a yoga teacher and coach, working both online and locally. My son is sweet, calm, and well-behaved. We don’t have pets and are non-smokers.
