The Terrace Theater with surrounding restaurants, bars, and music venue are easily walkable.

About You:

Looking for a moderately clean and respectful roommate. Ideal for a working professional or grad student. I am a night owl but do work a desk job at the Medical University and can be very considerate of needed quiet hours. I am LGBT+ friendly and a big fan of Halloween. My ft. skeleton, Dana Skully, lives out front year round. The all-inclusive utilities also include all kitchen appliances, supplies, and utensils.
