I am writing to express my interest in renting. My name is Quincy Bury, and I am currently in the process of seeking employment opportunities in the downtown area.

Although I am presently receiving government assistance, which provides a monthly stipend of $, I am committed to securing gainful employment in the near future. I do not currently own a vehicle. I’m urgently seeking stable housing in the downtown area. While I’m currently awaiting approval for ODSP, I have savings and ongoing financial assistance from my family to ensure rent is paid in full and on time every month. Finding secure housing is my top priority.

I would like to highlight that I possess a strong work ethic, instilled in me from a young age. I am a responsible, reliable, and organized individual, confident in my ability to fulfill rental obligations.
