Lease takeover!!

Description

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease this coming fall starting Aug through July at the Commons at Sawmill! It is a bath, FULLY FURNISHED, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and full kitchen! It is right off of campus and easy to walk/scooter to. Rent is $/ each. Utility price is not included. I will cover the lease transfer fee as well! It's the bedroom circled red!
