Lease takeover!!

LEASE TAKEOVER!! My current roommate
and I are looking for 2 people to take over our leases this coming fall starting Aug through July at the Commons at Sawmill! Gender does not matter! It is a bath, FULLY FURNISHED, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and full kitchen! It is right off of campus and easy to walk/scooter to. Rent is about $- the rooms are different prices so feel free to message me! Utility price is not included. I will cover the lease transfer fee as well! If you have multiple people wanting to move in here, that’s perfect! If just one person wants to take over my lease, it’s the bedroom circled blue with the white bedding. My specific lease has uncovered parking for $ a month, but it can be removed.
