Hi! I’m looking to sublet my shared bedroom in a spacious apartment from September 1st to January 1st to a female tenant.

The apartment is unit Landfair Ave, Westwood, CA — perfectly situated between UCLA, Westwood Village, and just 5 minutes from Brentwood. It's an ideal spot for students or anyone wanting to be close to campus and walkable areas!

The Room:

It is shared with one other girl (who I know personally — she’s clean, respectful, and often out).

The room comes with a twin bed, ample closet space, private bathroom, and even a balcony.

The Apartment:

The apartment is spacious, with a large common area

Fully furnished with:

• 5 fridges (yes, seriously!)

• Couch & TV

There are 5 other rooms, and all of the other residents are college-aged girls — super friendly, clean, and respectful. It’s a welcoming environment that’s perfect for focusing on school or relaxing after a long day.
