Room sublease

Hi there!
I am subleasing my furnished room for the summer, from June th till early September, in Monterey, near the Monterey high school.
Any period within this time frame is welcome.
Female tenant only!
The room is min walk to Middlebury Institute campus, min walk to Trader Joe's and the sport center, with its own private bathroom and a shared kitchenette. $/month all utilities included.
