Hey everyone — I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in a double room in a 3BR house in Isla Vista starting in July on Trigo. You’d be sharing with other UCSB students.
Shared bedroom (double)
Shared kitchen & living space
Rent: Ten Fifty/month + utilities
Lease: Starts July 1st
Clean, social house — good vibes, good people
I’m leaving UCSB for personal reasons, but want to make this transition easy for everyone.
