Hi! I’m a -year-old woman moving to the area for a yearlong fellowship program (possibly longer) and looking for a room starting August of this year through June of .
A bit about me: I’m quiet, clean, and respectful. I usually keep to myself, especially when settling in, but enjoy being social once I get comfortable. I don’t expect to be home much due to the demands of my fellowship, so I’m looking for a peaceful, low-drama living situation.

Ideally looking for:

A private room in a shared apartment or house

Long-term lease (1 year)

Budget: a month
