Hello we are looking for a roommate for our 2 story house in Buda, Texas . We are looking for someone responsible, friendly, and respectful. We have one lb dog who is very friendly and lives on the 1st floor. We like to keep our home clean and we work from home on most weekdays. The house is big enough for it not to feel crowded. You would have full access to a bedroom upstairs as well as a full bath and open game room. Shared access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, back patio, hall bath and laundry room. The neighborhood has a lazy River in the summer (2nd one opening ) and other amenities you will have access to. We have one room to rent at $ plus utilities per month (average $per month). The room is not furnished. We would be happy to give you a tour during our in-person interview. Background checks will be conducted and there is a security deposit of $. No pets please.
