Duplex Near Downtown Gresham

Hey all! Please ignore the mess! Just had my prior roommate leave rather suddenly and most of the furniture was theirs. So a lot of the shared space is open, leaving room for your furniture and decor!

I have two very sweet old dogs ( y.o.) that don't get around very well anymore but unfortunately one of them, does not get along with other dogs anymore--loves cats though! If you have a dog, we can try introducing them, but he is a VERY cranky old man.

I have a yard but it is currently being overtaken by blackberry bushes--that is an ongoing battle. The space is really nice overall but can be a little tricky to heat in the winter. There's a spot for one vehicle for now, and another spot opening up soon.

Overall a really cool place in a nice part of Gresham and with a yard (once I've won the aforementioned battle with the berries).
