AMAZING PLACE & LOCATION! I am looking for a roommate to fill my bathroom townhouse in the Bird Rock area. This is an absolutely amazing townhouse, I have been here for 8 years and I still love it. has laundry, AC, and an incredible rooftop.

I am primarily looking for ONE person (I'm too old to live with 2 roommates) who preferably works remotely. I have 2 bedrooms available. I am offering that person one bedroom to make their primary bedroom and the other bedroom can be their home office/guest room if we ever have a guest. Rent would be split .

All shared areas and kitchen are fully furnished so this is perfect for a person who does not have a lot of furniture.

I am in my mid s. I am a nurse who works about 4 days a week. I am honestly hardly home. I work and travel as much as I can. I love adventures, working out, and being outside as much as I can be, and I love all sports.

**what I'm looking for**
someone in their mid to late s, who is respectable and done with the party scene. It can be a girl or guy (I lived with guy roommates for 7 years & I have no issues with it). Someone who likes to have fun but does not need to bring the party back to the house.
