Private Room w/ Shared Bath

Roommate Wanted! One fully furnished /unfurnished room will be available for a -month lease! (Can be negotiated to be shorter or longer)
Move-in is officially July 1st though it may be available by June th depending on when our current roommate moves
per month and you will share a bathroom with one other person
The Area:
-Very nice neighborhood in Littleton (easy parking!)
- -minute drive into downtown Denver
-Only minutes away from Golden and the School of Mines!
- Less than a mile away from a grocery store
- Close to bike/running paths
Who we Are:
-One engineer (male), and one victim advocate (female) We are the homeowners. The other roommate is a female who works as an manager.
-There are also three female pets (2 dogs and one cat) who currently occupy the space.
-We are between the age of and we would prefer roommates who are between .
- We like spending time outdoors—some of our hobbies include hiking, snowboarding/skiing, wakeboarding, reading, boating, soccer, live music, and camping.
The space:
- .5-bathroom single-family house
- square feet
- Completely furnished common spaces
- Unfinished basement, with some storage and a home gym
- A nice backyard with a large patio
- Laundry located in basement
-There is a guest bedroom available for friends and family to stay.
- All utilities are split between everyone living in the home which averages to approximately $/month per person.
- Security deposit of dollars will be due upon move in and this is refundable upon move out as long as there is not any damage. First month’s rent is also due at move-in.

- Applicant must be a non-smoker, one of the roommates is allergic to weed (cigarettes and weed)*
-Applicant must be willing to fill out an application and a background check
- One pet is welcome, with a dollar pet deposit. One pet per person, preferably over a year old. Pets must meet ours before move-in
*Must be clean and tidy*
