Looking for a short-term tenant

Hello, I just signed up, so I’m working on providing more information. Beautiful 3-bedroom home in Yorba Linda. Spare will be used as guest/office for each of us to use. I also have an extra brand-new bed if needed. Move in date can also be discussed. Looking for someone to stay months max (Aug-Nov or Dec). Month to month can be considered as well. Please message me if you’re interested and we can go from there. I’d describe myself as fun, clean, easygoing, and social. I have a small, very friendly dog named Lenny, no children. I love kids—they’re always welcome in my home. If you have children and share custody, I’m open to discussing what that arrangement might look like. I’m flexible and open to all possibilities, so feel free to reach out if you think we’d be a good fit! (Tenants currently moving out. Room will be move in ready). Students welcomed! A semester stay would be an ideal situation.
