Looking for a reliable, respectful roommate to take over my current roommate’s lease and join me in a quiet, comfortable home in Anaheim. The location is super convenient — right off the and State College Blvd.

About the Room & Home: • Unfurnished private bedroom with vaulted ceiling and a personal balcony • Large closet space • Two full bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) – happy to let you take the downstairs one if you prefer • Full access to the entire home including kitchen, living room, and household items (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) • Assigned parking spot • Small storage space in the carport • Laundry room close to the house

Rent & Utilities: • Rent: $/month (split evenly) • Security deposit: $ • Water is covered by property management • Other utilities (electric, gas, internet): about $ per person every two months • Property management requires a $ application fee for background check

About the Lease: • Looking for someone to take over my current roommate’s lease • Lease runs through October, with the option to renew for another year(I will be wanting to renew • Immediate move-in required
