Private Room for Rent

Description

THE HOUSE: The bedroom is on the second floor and has recently been renovated. Renovations include new K LED light fixtures, new baseboards, electrical outlets, rocker light switches, fresh paint on walls, ceiling, trim and doors. Room comes fully furnished or unfurnished. The room has a new, queen mattress. The second floor has its own full bathroom and a loft/office area. Additional recent upgrades in the house include new stainless steel, wifi, smart LG, front loading washer and dryer (programmable), a stainless steel, wifi, smart technology, Samsung dishwasher, gas range and over the range microwave. The backyard is equipped with a firepit.

ME: I am years old with my Masters in Interior Architecture and Design. I keep the house clean and enjoy cooking, camping, and hiking. While I occasionally have company, I am not a big partier. I am in bed by and am normally awake no later than 7am. Am looking for someone with a similar schedule/lifestyle. I have two pound dogs, which stay downstairs (one can't go up stairs due to her disability) and two senior cats that shade-bathe outside during the day and snuggle with me at night (you'll never know they're here).

OTHER ROOMMATE: The second bedroom is rented out by a year old female. She is an introvert and loves hanging out in her room and reading a good book. She works in a daycare with year olds, and while she's been here 2 years, she is looking to be an au pair again, this time out of country!

LEASE: We are looking for roommates who need a short/long term lease: 6 months or 1 year. While I love animals, the house is maxed out on fur babies. Rent is $ for the room with the queen bed. (Dimensions and photos included). Utilities are shared among roommates. 1 month security deposit is required and a background/credit check.
