I’m pretty laid-back, drug and alcohol free (but you don’t have to be), and I value open communication and a positive vibe at home. We don’t need to be best friends, but I do prefer someone who isn’t just hiding in their room . A friendly, considerate roommate who’s up for occasional conversation or shared meals is ideal.
