-Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors
-Shared bathroom with shower
-Close to Downtown Sanford
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Community pool

LEASE TERMS:
-Available June
-Minimum month lease
-1 person occupancy only
-Water is included in the rent
-Internet and electricity are split evenly among roommates.
-Lawn care included
-A standard criminal, eviction, and credit check will be ran. *Applicants with felonies or serious offenses, evictions, or low credit will not qualify.
-No smoking or drugs inside
-Security deposit and 1st month's rent are due prior to move in.
