North Phoenix room for rent

Hi, my name is Tiffers! I have one room for rent with a shared bathroom. The room available is in the corner bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and bedding. You’ll have two closets, a shared bathroom that stay pretty clean(I clean it from time to time too) full access to the front of the house with the living room and Roku TV, kitchen with your own shelves and pantry, and there’s a washer and dryer in the home. You will have street parking. We are pretty low key but also work from home. We are usually up till pmduring the week. I'll ideal roommate is clean, professional with a job. We are friendly but also give you the space you want. I'm ok with month to month and 2 week notice as a courtesy.
