Home in Stone Oak with a pool

Description

A large drama free, quiet, easy going bd, sqft home, with a swimming pool in the backyard. Upstairs there are three bedrooms but bedrooms up there is rented by one female. We are all very cool, open-minded, chill and relaxing people.

The larger bedroom of the two that’s available is the one I prefer to rent out first, and only one I prefer, but willing to offer both if needed. The smaller room is currently a spare bedroom, which could be available as well, both rooms will fit king size beds to give you an idea of their size. Both are furnished but can be emptied if needed. There is also an entire large furnished living area upstairs, which you could make that part of your living area or workspace as well, as long as there’s an understanding it will be shared. There is only one bathroom upstairs to be shared, there’s also a half bath downstairs to be used by anyone, so all shared spaces must be respected & kept clean.

My master bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs, my life partner will be moving in when his lease ends in a couple of months, but he already stays here often. We prefer to rent to females only as I’m the one usually home all the time. We may be willing to rent to a couple, as long as we all meet first and we’re all comfortable. Her preference does matter more than mine, as you will share a bathroom with her and she’s very clean.

Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard but not in the home. We are a and LGBTQ+ friendly household as well.
