Townhome close to campus

Description

Hi, my name is Caleb. I am a junior finance major and I've lived here since I was a freshman, so the place is fully furnished. The pictures are from when I first moved in. My roommate had to move out unexpectedly, and most of my friends have already signed leases. The townhome is great, with a full kitchen, walk-in closet, large bedroom, patio, and a personal bathroom but shared shower. It is close to campus in a relatively quiet area. Parking is free, and utilities are all already set up and usually run $ per person per month. The landlords are great and very responsive. Let me know if you have any questions!
