Garage parking: $ additional Move-in date would be July . (Or August 1st) Overall apartment is sq ft with floor to ceiling windows in the living room area. We have an in-unit AC and washer/dryer. This is a luxury high-rise apartment building located in downtown Seattle, the apartment itself is a corner apartment located on the th floor out of floors. Our location is a minute walk to Capital Hill and South Lake Union. Overall located in the safer part of Downtown Seattle.

I am a gay yr old woman (she/her) I have an orange cat named Noodle that roams free in shared spaces (living room, kitchen). Unfortunately no additional pets allowed.

Additional non-negotiables:
I work from home and would need the place quiet from pm M-F, I am looking for a roommate who works outside of the home with the same M-F work schedule.

You would need to be a non-smoker, LGBTQ friendly, being ok living with a cat that roams freely (not in your private space just the shared spaces), BIPOC (preferred but not a requirement) and ok with having a roommate that is naturally more of a homebody during their downtime. I'm fairly chill, I enjoy grilling when I can and watching films/tv shows at home in my spare time as a way to decompress.

Would like to co-exist with someone who respects the space they live in and does their part to maintain cleanliness in shared spaces. Is past the party life of drinking and clubbing and values where they live, as a sacred place to relax and unwind in.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Must be willing to go through and pay a non refundable $ criminal background check. If approved, the first and last month of rent is expected to be paid before move-in day.
