Hi, my name is Devin. I’m currently an Assistant Manager at Strickland Brothers Minute Oil Change in New Georgia and will be stepping into a General Manager role at our Villa Rica location within the next month. I’m looking for a place to move into by June th as I continue getting settled here—I’m originally from Colorado and moved to Georgia about two months ago to rebuild and grow.

I have my own transportation, a consistent work schedule, and strong references available upon request. I live a pretty quiet and structured lifestyle—right now I mostly focus on work and the gym, so I’m clean, respectful, and low-maintenance. I don’t own much, and I keep my space tidy.

The only catch is that I may need a little time to get the full deposit together, but I can provide rent immediately and stay fully caught up from there. Just trying to find something stable and honest in a tough market.
