Seeking two roommates in Fairwood

Description

Furnished 4 bedroom artist’s residence in quiet Fairwood neighborhood. The two bedrooms I’m renting have full sized beds, walk in closets, dressers and a television. One bedroom is slightly smaller but has a nice refrigerator. A full bathroom is across the hall along with a reading space and fully stocked storage closet with towels, sheets and comforters.

The kitchen has a variety of items including a juicer, NutriBullet and a Keurig coffee machine. In addition there’s an air fryer as well as cooking utensils (pots, pans and plates).
There’s a washer and dryer in the adjacent room which also has pantry space.
Inside the two car garage there’s an additional refrigerator and freezer.
A patio with table and chairs is part of a large backyard that has a well used gazebo. Internet streaming is an option for the smaller bedroom while the other room has basic cable.
I’m interested in two people who would like to share my space and have a minimum of “stuff” as your basic needs here are minimal. My house is near beautiful Lake Desire as well as Petrovisky Park and a scenic bike path. Both rooms are ready for rent as of June 3rd.
