* I work full-time, Monday through Friday, and I’m usually out of the house from ** PM**, including time for the gym.
* I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, not the type to throw parties.
* I’m social and enjoy watching sports, going to restaurants, and working out, but I also respect others’ privacy and space.
* **Open to:** I’m open-minded as long as we’re respectful.
* **Ideal Housing:** Ideally low upfront costs (no/low deposit, lease takeovers, sublets are great), flexible lease preferred.

**Ideal Areas:**

* Near the **N train**: Bensonhurst, Gravesend, Sunset Park, Dyker Heights, Borough Park, Bay Ridge, Park Slope, Coney Island, and Sheepshead Bay.
* Also open to areas with good connections to the **B or Q lines**, like Brighton Beach or Midwood, since they transfer easily to Sheepshead Bay.
* Nearby neighborhoods with convenient train access and a short commute.
