Ages . Male preferred. Rent $ per person (you would be the 3rd person). $ Deposit. Splitting bills 3 ways. Being employed required. Room can either be the smallest (coolest) or larger (hottest due to the sun). If you choose to repaint the walls it will be at renter's expense. 1 solid color for walls, 1 solid color for ceiling. Window units provided. Owner of house is brother to a roommate. Lawn mowed twice a month. 1 and a half restroom. Washing machine and dryer works but can be temperamental. House is located near center of saint joe near a major street. No hard drugs. Period. It will be grounds for immediate eviction.

About the roomies:

Roommates are gay and bi and in a relationship. You must be ok with this. Avid gamers. alcohol and cannabis fine as long as its not your entire personality. Current occupants already have a cat and dog.

About the house: Its an old house. Insulation is not that great in the summer/winter.
