~ rent/roommate please ~

Hi all! I hope you're having a great day.

A shared kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, and rent + utilities between is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I just wanted to respectfully introduce myself and ask a few questions.

~ Move-in & Payment: ~
• My pay days from work are June , and July 2.
• I prefer to move in July 2, with the deposit paid on June and rent on July 2.
• I'm also open to moving in between July - Aug if that helps. Let me know if flexibility is possible!

~ A few quick questions: ~
• Would a shorter lease be an option? I may move in with my sister this winter, but I’m open to a 1-year lease.
• Is a virtual or in-person tour available?
• Have there been many serious inquiries so far?

~ About me: ~
I’m a full-time worker as a team lead at Lululemon, and plan to start college this winter (CS or Business). My lease ends July , so the timing could work out well.

~ Living style: ~
I’m a mix of introvert and extrovert—happy to socialize, but also respectful of space and quiet. I’m clean, organized, don’t smoke or drink (but friendly), and always value open communication and mutual respect in shared living.

Coming from a big family with two immigrant parents, I value boundaries and personal space. I like doing small home care tasks too, like cleaning appliances or checking filters, to help maintain a nice space.

• $ rent + utilities
• A/C + heat
• In-unit washer/dryer

~ Nice to have, but NOT necessary: ~
• Private bath
• Non-carpet shared spaces
• Max 2 roommates = Max 3 people in 1 home
