My name is James, and I am looking for an apartment for myself, but I’d be open for a roommate, but only in a space that has a private bath at minimum. I am going to be starting a job in educational leadership in the summer in the area.

I am forty plus yeahs old, I have made my career mainly in education for the past twenty years (teacher and high school assistant principal). Grew up in Chicago and looking to share space with someone who is clean, professional, non-smoker, quiet, and not into the party scene.

I am a non-smoker, non-partier, and I have no pets. I keep quiet, am clean and tidy, and I like to be organized. I like coffee, live theatre, cinema, reading, and the arts.
