ISO: Housemate OR looking for open room in b apartment by July 1st!

Hello! My name is Amira, I'm yo single woman looking for housemates to split a b apartment anywhere in SF, along the peninsula, or in South Bay!! I am looking to move and would like to look with a potential housemate or move into a b apartment with an open room and preferably a private bath. I work professionally in medical research in an academic institution - I am looking to stay at least 2 years.

I am a clean, respectful housemate that is very chill at home. I have a very friendly and clean cat with me and I have the paperwork required to be able to search for housing that doesn't allow pets, so that isn't a limitation. I work in the office and may occasionally (at most twice a week) have overnight guests. I am mostly out on the weekends or at home chilling or working. I have furniture to furnish the living room. I am looking for housing without carpet.

I am looking for a clean housemate that works professionally OR is a full-time student and is respectful of boundaries and shared items/furniture in the house. I am open to having housemates that also have cats, so long as they get along or housemates with pets in enclosures.
