room in Southaven/Stateline area

Room will be available 1st week of July .
House is located on rasco rd close to airways and not but a couple blocks from Stateline/memphis .SAFE AREA near schools .Private room w/shared bathroom . Room has private entrance . All utilities including WiFi are included in rent . $ non refundable deposit and first 2 week due upon contract completion and rent is due biweekly . Must be drug free and have stable employment . I screen anyone whom applies . No dogs no exceptions but other pets are on a case by case basis . Room can be painted and fixed up how you want it within reason . It’s furnished with a queen bed & desk but can be removed in the case you have your own furniture . The move in fee listed below includes the first 2 weeks rent and your deposit . In the case of pet approval there is a pet deposit as well unless discussed otherwise .
