My home is older, & a bit cluttered, but is cozy, artistic, and affordable at $ per month.
Please be responsible, & pay rent on time.
If you don't like animals, this is not for you. I have dogs, cats, & egg laying hens in the backyard. Sort of a "mini farm," with eggs & fruit trees.
No drugs, No smoking, No vaping, No substance abusers. Clean background check and good morals a must.
$ per month includes private furnished bedroom with mini refrigerator, microwave, inch TV & DVD player, shared kitchen, shared bathroom, front yard with fire pit & patio, electric, water & garbage pick up.
Sharing the kitchen and bathroom does not mean we use each other's personally bought necessities on a regular basis. We respect each other's belongings and buy our own toiletries, food, etc. Respecting eachothers personal belongings, & trust, is very important to me. Anyone taking advantage will be given a day notice to move out. When you move out you must leave the room as I left it for you. Garbage must be taken out of your room regularly. Clean anything you spill on the carpet. If you don't use coasters and/or damage the furniture or other items I purchased for the home & room, you need to fix or replace it.
Because 2 separate cable companies need to dig through my yard, and my neighbors yards to provide service, I will not install internet or cable TV. So you will need to find personal alternative options if it's something you need. I have an antenna that gives me a minimum of channels that you can also connect to, (Last scan was channels) a large collection of DVDs, and I use my cell phone for internet searches, CE classes, etc.
First and last months rent required to move in. Verifiable income, driver's license, and references required.
