Roomate wanted

Description

My current roommate is looking to move out by the end of the lease. Our combined monthly rent it $ which I pay half. Utilities adds about a month. I usually pay around for my share and my roomate pays the same. I have two cats who are old and very friendly. I clean their litter daily and vacuum daily. The apt is bath with walk in closets. The apartment is furnished aside for the room that will be open and the bathroom. There is a balcony, inunit washer and dryer, dish washer, community gym, pool, court yard, movie theater, and clubhouse. The lease is up in December however my roommate is eager to move in with his partner and can vacate with 3 months notice
