Room for rent in cute two-bedroom duplex.
*The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared. The bedroom is in the last two pictures.
*The bedroom is not furnished.

Side yard and backyard with a garden.
I like to plant veggies during the winter and spring. The utilities are shared, but the landlord pays for the water.
It's a duplex with hardwood floors and a coin-operated washer & dryer on-.

*Prefer someone who identifies as female/ no couples.

I have a pretty old cat ( years old), and there are no other cats for now.

I'm looking for someone who won't bring the party home. That doesn't mean you have to be sober, but I don't want someone who drinks every night. I think I would be the wrong match for you. I work one full-time night shift and am in school for social work.

I'm pretty clean but not a neat freak. Just clean up after yourself. Communication is always the key to any great roommate situation.
