Hi friends! My husband Jack and I (Megan) are looking for a roommate to join us in our -bath ground floor apartment at Linkhorn Bay Apartments, off Birdneck Rd near the Oceanfront.

A little about us:
We’re newlyweds who are total homebodies at heart. We love quiet nights in, cooking, reading, watching movies, or playing games. Jack is usually at his PC or gaming console, and I’m either baking, gardening on our patio, or relaxing with a book. We also have a -month-old Boston terrier pup who is playful, cuddly, and brings a lot of joy to our space. We work full time (Monday–Friday, ) and during the week we love to come home and unwind. Weekends are for deep cleaning, errands, and spending time at the beach, the dog park, or on little day trips. Our home is our cozy, comfortable space and we’re looking for someone who values that too. The ideal fit is someone who is kind, respectful, okay with doing their own thing, and contributes to a peaceful shared home.

About the space:
The apartment is about sq ft with a washer/dryer in-unit and a patio overlooking a pond. You’ll have your own bedroom with a closet and a window that looks out onto the parking lot and community pool. The apartment complex has great amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, a dog park and spa, fishing lakes, a gym, and a package center. We’re in a super convenient location—less than a mile from the on-ramp and just miles to the beach, farmers market, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Rent is $/month, including all utilities (electric, internet, water, trash, etc). You would need to apply and be approved by the leasing office before moving in. We’re looking for someone available to move in around July or August 1.
