very calm and clean environment - both the actual apartment and everyone else in the building. no parties, loud music or anything like that. this is an ideal place for people who need peace in their lives. Current occupants, 3 males between yrs of age, respectful and very nice!! Everyone here busy with their own professional and academic pursuits.

LOCATION: Columbia Road and Ceylon Park, walking distance from Stop & Shop (5 min), World Market Basket (7 min), a huge Dollar Store (1 min) + Bank of America, Post Office, CVS + stores and restaurants about 5 minutes walk + minutes from Franklin Park

TRANSPORT: There are tons of buses stopping right at the corner on Colombia Road, and down the street Also, there is a commuter rail stop 5-minute walk from here “Four Corners/Geneva.”, which is 3 stops from South Station. Street parking is plenty, free, does not require a permit.
