MOVE IN FEES: 1st, Last, Deposit. Mid month move IN will pro-rate 1st month, $ deposit returned IF no damage, Last month is required so if for ANY reason we are not happy it's ok, there is a secure month buffer to find new arrangements. Not on Lease. Min 6 month preferred. ABSOLUTELY NO MAGA!
THE HOUSE: Nice, renovated, sq ft. Pet friendly w/fenced backyard. Lots of nice mixed neighbors, Street parking on non-busy street. I've lived here for 4yrs w/no fear/issues.
2 roomies total + dogdy. lb neutered male, all shots, dog/cat/kid/people friendly. Add'l pets ok. Animal lover. (let’s discuss).
RENT INCL: bedroom + private bathroom and shared space. CURRENTLY includes Queen, Sterns & Foster posturepedic bed and basic décor/furnishings (guest room) BUT can make arrangements for you to bring your own bed/bath decor. No problem.
Room for SOME add'l stuff but generally the house is furnished and I'd like to keep it open and airy if possible. Crawl space for SOME storage. Storage/xtra closet space, in this house.
ITP-5 min from Highways . (7 minutes to East Atlanta Village, Grant Park, or EastPoint. min to Midtown WholeFoods)
INCLUDED: High speed WiFi internet, Xfinity streaming TV, channels, water/sewer, electric, central air/heat, washer/dryer. If "gamer" bring own TV for room.
