I have a room available for rent in my home in Clairemont, super close to the bay and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The rent is $/month, and utilities usually come out to about $ total per month, which we’d split. It’s a month-to-month lease, perfect for someone who wants flexibility.

A little about the space:

• Available immediately (June move-in is perfect!)
• Shared bathroom
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Street parking is easy and always available, but there’s also an option to pay extra for a dedicated parking spot
• The house gets great natural light and has a peaceful, cozy vibe

A little about me:
I’m only at the house part-time!!! (usually Thursday -Saturday), and even then, I’m often out working or running errands—so you’d have the place mostly to yourself during the week! I’m super clean, respectful, and easygoing.

I also have two sweet cats, but they travel with me most of the time and are only home when I am. They’re chill and usually keep to themselves.

I’m ideally looking for a female roommate with a stable job, who is clean, respectful, and pays bills on time. Not a party house—so someone with a calm lifestyle would be the best fit.
