Roommate wanted near Temple!

I’m looking for one person to join my roommates and I in a bath house near Temple starting July th. We are all grad students and are looking for a grad student or working professional who is clean and respectful. Overall, we’re hoping for someone who wants to contribute to a welcoming and comfortable environment where we can all be friends with each other but also respect anyone’s need for time alone. The house has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, an unfinished basement with a lot of room for storage, and a backyard that we share with the house next to us.
