Hi! I’m a -year-old woman looking for a roommate to renew a lease with me from August . The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you’d have your own private bedroom and bathroom (yours would also be the one guests use if we have people over). We’d share the living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

I’m friendly, responsible, tidy, and I work/study full time. I have two very sweet cats, so you'd need to be comfortable with cats—the lease doesn’t allow more than two pets, so unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to add any others.

I'm hoping to find someone around my age (early-to-mid s) who’s clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. No smoking in the apartment. I’d love to live with someone who’s open to being friendly and relaxed around each other, even if we do our own thing most of the time.
