New House to Share SE San Antonio

I am an years young, easy going man and retired. I want to share my new bath house in southeast San Antonio, ideally with a man or woman fourty years to seventy years years old.

Overall, the house is clean, quiet and well equipped for comfortable living. The house near SE Military Rd. at WW White, . Access to the rest of San Antonio is very convenient -- Just a few minutes from highways . Most of the popular stores are a few minutes away including HEB, Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Lowes and many more popular stores.

The monthly $ rent includes:
• A newly furnished high-quality bedroom and separate full bathroom (bathroom is yours except when I have guests which is rarely and then only few days in a year). The bedroom is and includes a queen bed with full new bedding and adjustable base, a large 4-drawer dresser, 2 drawer night table, small bench seat and a new -inch TV. The bedroom closet is inches by inches.
• All utilities: gas, electricity, water, trash and internet
• Shared fully equipped kitchen, family room, dining area and laundry room with washer and dryer
• One space in a 2-car garage (unless you have an oversized vehicle that would share the driveway)

I would like to have a twelve -month lease (minimum 6 months) with the option for either of us to cancel for any reason with a -day written notice. I would need no smoking, no drugs and no pets. I also require a basic background check.
