Room to rent in beautiful area.

Description

I'm looking for a housemate for 2-story house in the Sonata area of Escondido, which is close to the North County Mall and Kit Carson Park. It's a -bath house with shared spaces upstairs and bedrooms downstairs in a quiet and well landscaped neighborhood.
You would have the guest bedroom with your own bathroom, but really free access to the whole house. I'm the only one there and I really only use the office and the master bedroom with quick trips to the kitchen. It's a lot more comfortable environment than renting a room with a family or couple living there (from my past experience).
It's got washer/dryer, good AC, fast wired internet, and a lot of smart-home features. The living room's got new furniture and a great surround sound system that I rarely used because I love my master bedroom setup. There is ample storage space in the garage.
I've got a friendly, -pound poodle mix dog who would love to have another person to greet. I would accept another small dog or cat if they can get along with my guy and the potty training is workable.
