He stays in the basement lounge and bar area for the most part, and I am on the second floor much of the time.

We have a Corgi, and he is super nice and plays well with others.

Can smoke weed downstairs at the wet bar if the exhaust fan is on.

Cigarette smoking outside on the porch is ok.
