Summer room rental Vanier

Summer location: $/month, parking included

Available starting July 1st, until August (some flexibility with dates).

Regular-sized room ( m) for rent in a semi-detached townhouse on a quiet street close to Beechwood cemetery.

Unlimited high speed wifi included. minutes by bus from downtown (line meters away, or line a bit further). Supermarkets, pharmacy and library at min walk. Outdoor parking available on the driveway. Bicycle can be stored in the garage. We have two cats and it is a non-smoking house.

Room rented on a month by month basis, this is: one month notice is required is you or myself wishes to end the rental agreement. But in this case I am looking for someone for the Summer only.

The room is on the main floor and has a nice window with a view on the backyard (good lighting). It is already furnished with a double bed, a side table, a desk and office chair, a bookshelves, one large dresser and a wardrobe. It is next to a living-room that I use during the weekdays only ( days per week), and there is a toilet on the same floor. We (the family) spend more time in the kitchen and TV room on the next half-floor.

You would share the bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry room with my family (myself + and , but they are here only half of the week + a teenage girl). There is also a women living in a room in the basement, she is very quiet and do not use the kitchen. Bottom line, the house is relatively quiet half of the week, and a bit less the other half :) (but it is quiet after pm and I expect the tenant to be quiet too after this time and until 7am). The house is overall clean and tidy (a cleaning lady comes every two weeks) and I am looking for a tenant that is respectful of the cleanliness and good condition of common areas (for instance, I expect you to tidy up the kitchen right after each meal and to keep the toilet and bathroom in the condition in which you found them).
