Looking to rent a place with mature, clean/tidy, respectful adult of any gender. Preferably for 1+yrs. I’m a gay, retired, personable, creative-type who is home most of the time with my well-trained, tidy fifty pound mixed-breed, spayed female dog. Young or old is fine, just be a responsible, accountable adult. Lease can be in my name or both of ours - open to various arrangements.
