Long term tenant - quiet home

Hi everyone, single mom with one 6 year old girl that I have custody of Wednesday night to Sunday morning. Our previous roommate moved. We have a landlord and a direct application would be required with the management team and lease is 2 years long. Application fee is required. You can break the lease for a fee and find a replacement if needed. So, long term tenant is being sought after. This application includes a background and credit check. Prior evictions and fair credit will be considered and are not immediate no’s. References and 3 years of rental/ living background are also required. Sufficient income is required, at least one and half grand take home pay monthly. It includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom that is yours only. Shared living space includes living room, kitchen, front yard, mud/laundry room and backyard. It is a little oasis and quiet neighborhood, with great neighbors. I have the house furnished besides what would be your space. I have an in unit nice wash and dryer set you are welcome to use. I can also open up more space in other areas if needed. I work full time day shift and have my daughter part of the week, we are quiet people. Usually pretty busy. We are well kept and clean people. I am easy going and laid back.
