Hi, my name is Aaron Feeney I am looking for four roomates to take over the lease of our house. The house is a four bedroom and two bath home. My roomates and I cannot move in due to a medical emergency that occurred recently and we need to have people to replace ourselves in the lease. The house is getting cleaned and a new kitchen remodel in the summer. We will offer our security deposits to each person that signs on. The move in date is August twelfth and the place is a ten minute walk for the University of Arizona and is great for any student or people who want to be nearby the University. The monthly rent is based off per person and is $ for four people living in the home. The furniture in the pictures are not there the home will be empty after remodel.
