Looking for a roomate in AUGUST! 🌼

Hi! I go by Stella (f) and I live in Prospect heights. I’m in a cute space on a weirdly desolated street and I’ve lived here for almost a year. The location is so convenient (super close walking distance to prospect park, downtown, trains, tons of restaurants) that I am scouring for a roommate, mine is leaving to live with his friends when our lease is up.
Laundry is in the building, though it does use quarters. The convenience store workers around the block always supply a roll if you can’t trek to the bank, they’re super sweet. Neighbors are so chill, and the most noise we get on the street is from tow trucks or angry drivers honking during the day at said tow trucks. Never had an infestation problem of any kind. Landlord is really nice and supers are relatively on top of things. In unit AC/heat which is awesome. Your room is facing the street, two windows, and a WALK IN CLOSET!
I’m a very adaptable roomate in that I can be super social if thats your vibe, or I can leave you the hell alone! I’m an actor, yoga instructor, and I work in the food industry. I love cooking, baking, cleaning, and fashion. My decor style is eclectic vintage maximalism, and I cringe at overhead lighting. I don’t smoke or do hard drugs, I’m a gym rat.
